GOBI FRIED RICE

Hi all, Hope all enjoyed your weekends... Well! I previously told that I will post soon gobi rice recipe when I posted chilli gobi... Right? Yes! Gobi rice is one of my most beloved rice; I love the entire instance... My sister has introduced this recipe when I gone to Chennai... Really its fabulous dish, in our home all are loves this rice... You can make this rice with leftover rice and kids will love it... You too try this and let me know how it's come out...




INGREDIENTS

Cooked rice - 2 cup
Chilli gobi - 1 cup
Onion - 1 cup chopped
Garlic - 2 tsp crushed
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Curry masala powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp




METHOD

  • First make Chilli gobi and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in pan, add onion fry for few minutes and add garlic fry till raw smell goes.






  • Add chilli gobi into this mix and add all spice powders, red chilli sauce and soya sacue, mix well and fry for few minutes.











  • Now add rice and mix well and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot...
