RAVA/SOOJI KESARI

Yum
Hi friends, hope all are very well... For past one week my one n only younger brother was sick… Yesterday he had his favorite chicken biriyani that my mom made after his recovery… Today he asks me to prepare Kesari for him. Yes! Kesari is one of the most favorite sweet he likes. Whenever I ask him that what you want to eat? He tells prepare kesari Pappa!   I too love kesari but not a hot one… I love to have kesari when it’s chilled. Yeah! Whenever I prepare kesari I kept one full bowl of stuff in the refrigerator.

And I don’t like raw cashews and raisins in any sweet… if it’s in powder form I will like. Especially I love pistha and cashew roll… (Are you laughing?). Because of me my mom won’t add cashews in any sweet when we prepare in home for ourselves… (Ya!!! I can hear your words that what a girl She is? Dint like cashews… Right?)… Kids will love it!!!! You too try the chilled kesari, the taste is fabulous……

INGREDIENTS

Sugar – 1 cup
Food color powder – a pinch
