CRISPY GARLIC IDLI PODI

Hi friends, am so happy that you all liked my crispy garlic idli podi dosa... and you are all eager to see the recipe of this podi... am so glad that you are interested for my recipe... This is very simple to prepare within 2-3 minutes... We prepared this podi when power supply gone, and its great hit on the time... After that we prepare this often for the tastiness N healthy too... You too try this and you will like it...




INGREDIENTS
Sesame oil - 2 tsp
Musturd seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Crushed garlic - 2 tsp
Dry curry leaves - 2 tsp
Idli podi - 2 tsp



METHOD

  • Heat pan, add sesame oil add musturd seeds and urad dal wait it for splutter.




  • Now add crushed garlic fry till aroma comes and turn crispy.










  • Next add dry curry leaves and fry for few minutes.

  • Now add idli podi to this and mix well then switch off the flame.











  • Now ready this podi... Serve it with dosa or idli...
