Hi friends, today I came with Kadai Idli... I love this idli very much, in fact I thought of making Tawa pulao so I bought Pav bhaji masala from the store last week. But not time getting to make the pulao, and last Sunday in my kitchen 2 idlies leftover... So this pav bhaji masala hit in mind to make with... No wait for to do, next minute made all things prepared for this Idli... Its come out very well... You too try this and let me know dears... 


INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 stick
Salt - to taste
Idlies - 2 chopped
Coriander leaves - few to garnish




























METHOD

  • Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds, mustard seeds and urad dal wait it for splutter.






  • Now add chopped onions and curry leaves fry till transparent.





















  • Now add chopped tomatoes with salt fry well to turn mushy.




















  • Now add chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, red chilli sauce and soya sauce mix and fry for few minutes.





















  • Next add Idli pieces and mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.




















  • Serve this hot Kadai Idli.
