TOMATO BIRIYANI

Hi my dear friends, today I posting tomato biriyani... Yeah! I think all are loving any biriyani is it? It gives special taste to our sense... This biriyani can prepare in quick time but gives pleasant taste... You too try this and it can be prepare in leftover rice too...


INGREDIENTS
Cooked rice - 1 plate
Oil - 3 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 3 chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Green chillies - 2
Tomatoes - 6-7 chopped
Coriander leaves - few
Mint - few
Biriyani Masala - 3 tsp (I used Annapoorna brand)
Salt - to taste



METHOD

  • Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds wait till splutter.



  • Now add onion and green chillies  fry for few minutes then add ginger garlic paste fry well till aroma comes.









  • Now add chopped coriander and mint leaves fry for few minutes.



  • Next add chopped tomatoes with salt mix well and mash the tomatoes using masher and cook well.








  • Now add biriyani masala powder mix and fry till oil separates.

















  • Now add cooked rice and mix well switch off the flame and cover it for 10 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves.



















  • Serve it hot.
