BAKED POTATO TOPPED WITH GARLIC

Hi friends, Hope you enjoying your weekends... Well!!! Nowadays, I couldn't update my space everyday coz of the major power cut... but still I try my level best... At this time I need all your supports don't forget my place plz visit regularly and encourage me... Soon I will be come to regular update.... Sorry guys whoever expect mine regularly...
Don't feel that am visit to your blog everyday I visiting yours recipes and comment at my level... Most of the time power cut prevents me to do it!!!

Today I came with Baked potato which is I tried first time n it was great hit on my home... Even very less oil and baked too so diet people to have this one without guilt n it was very fluffy and crispy with spiciness... You try this once and tell me... 

Baked potato has a fluffy interior and a crisp skin. Potatoes can be baked in a conventional gas, or electric oven, a convection oven, a microwave oven.

INGREDIENTS
Small Potato - 10
Salt - to taste 
Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Oil - 1 Tsp 
Garlic  - 15 chopped 



METHOD
  • Wash the potatoes twice well and cut into round shape.


  • Add salt, red chilli powder and mix it well with your hands so that masala will spread to all.






























  • Grease the baking tray and spread the potatoes on the tray and MW high for 10 minutes, check every 4 minute and turn otherside if wet in the bottom.





















  • Keep aside the baked potatoes.




  • Now heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic and toss it well.






  • When raw smell goes add the baked potatoes toss it well and switch off the flame.


















  • Serve hot with rice or roti or bread.
