Little About Melting Cookies
The cookies is called with many names like Benne biscuit, Butter Biscuit, Nankhatai... The biscuit is very common in India but more popular in Karnataka... In our place we called it as Sooseberry I don't know how the name was come...I couldn't find the name cause in Google too..  But in my place they called in the name and very famous in Bakeries...

Benefits
Ha ha... Its full of calories and more fat if we use butter...
So here what the benefits in the cookies.........Just we can taste the every bite of the cookies.
But it is bit guilt free (low fat) cookies because of I used vegetable oil instead of butter.

  • Add jam in the center of the cookies and keep it in oven and bake for 12-15 Minutes.

  • Switch off the oven and let it be stand in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve it hot or cold and store it in air tight container.
