TRIED TORTILLAS

Yum
Hi friends, today I came with tortillas... I named it as Tried Tortillas coz its my first attempt so just I named it as. I actually plan to make parotta then suddenly mind changed to make tortillas... For this I prepared veg kadai as side dish...

Little About Tortillas
A tortilla is a type of thin flatbread made from finely ground wheat flour. Originally derived from the corn tortilla, a bread of maize which predates the arrival of Europeans to the Americans, the wheat flour tortilla was an innovation after wheat was brought to the New World from Spain. It is made with an unleavened, water based dough, pressed and cooked like corn tortillas. In appearance and use tortillas are rather similar to our Chapathi.
