Hi friends, first thank you all for your kind supports, love and contribution to our SYS-W Series, and successfully completed 4th month of series with the very nutritious and delicious Apple and Carrot, hope all you enjoyed well with the ingredients… Many of you aware of the SYS-W Series, if you are not known about this, don't worry here is brief about the series and link...

CONCEPT OF THE SERIES

Actually why we started the series, to see many variations in particular type of ingredients.

For example  
Main Ingredients - Rice and Milk - Using these 2 ingredients we can make many recipes right??? Ex: Rice Kheer, Pongal and etc...So using these ingredients u have to be preparing any recipe with your innovation or variation...  

The main ingredients would be the same but they may have variation regionally and even individually like using different types of rice or milk products or in cooking method etc... So we would like to collect or gather all variations in one place so that we all can learn new recipes or new techniques in what we all already know.

Little About Apple
The apple is the pomaceous fruit of the apple tree. The tree originated in Central Asia. About 69 million tonnes of apples were grown worldwide; China produced almost half of this total. Apples are often eaten raw. The whole fruit including the skin is suitable for human consumption except for the seed, which are slightly poisonous.

Apples can be stored for approximately two weeks when kept at the coolest part of the refrigerator (i.e. below 5 °C).

The one sentence is enough to prove how much it has nutritious, right?? – yeah apples have properties that no other fruits have and its benefits.

Little About Carrot
Carrot from greek due to its horn-like shape and is a root vegetable, usually orange in color, though purple, red, white and yellow varieties exist.  It has a crisp texture when fresh. The most commonly eaten part of a carrot is taproot although the greens are edible as well. Almost half were grown in China. It can be stored for several months in the refrigerator or over winter in a moist, cool place.

Little things about the recipe submission
  1. You should prepare recipes with APPLE OR CARROT OR BOTH in your way of innovations or variations but the APPLE or CARROT flavor should be dominated in your recipe is necessity.
  2. Only new entries allowed no archived entries please.
  3. You can prepare either one or more recipes using these ingredients, and then post it on your blog with the following details, 
    • Ingredients with clear measurements
    • Methods
    • Variation or innovation in the recipe (Please write at least one line that what is your innovation in your recipe)
    • At least two pictures of the final recipe
  4. Post the logo and link to the respective page is mandatory. The linky tools are given in the main page and this announcement page…
  5. Link your recipes here according to the veg and non-veg categories…
