PARUPPU SATHAM I DAL RICE

Yum
Hi friends, in my place good rain and cold, and very cloudy, so past 2-3 days I didn't do any recipes for blog, if I did too photographs was not good so I postponed for 2-3 days. Posting my draft recipes one by one, hope will make some new recipes from tomorrow. The rain and chill weather makes me so lazy and want to hide myself in woolen blanket... N needs some hot coffee with some hot and spicy foods...

Coming to the recipe, easy and instant rice variety, which is very healthy and tasty Dal rice, kids will call it as pappu (Paruppu) satham. I already prepared Arisi Paruppu Satham but this is quite different from that rice. Kids will love the rice as it has mild spice and delicious so you can easily feed them and suitable for lunch box with potato roast or pickles.
