Hi friends, here is the other “Basics of Kitchen” post. Nowadays, we used to make store-bought things in home. Mostly interested to do it and it saves our time while making recipes. These days, I have prepared many homemade powders from sambhar powder, kuzhambu chilli powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, pepper powder and the next one in the array is roasted cumin powder.
Cumin seeds – 100 g
- Roast the cumin seed for 3-4 minutes or till aroma comes on low flame.
- Cool it completely and grind it into smooth powder.
- Store it in air-tight container.
