PATTANI SUNDAL/SEASONIG PEAS

Hi friends, hope you all back in full form after your happy weekends... Today I posting Pattani sundal, I used dried green peas which is full of protein pack... It is very nutritious to growing children and adults too... I know all are love this pattani and you too try this and let me know...


INGREDIENTS
Dry green peas - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies - 3
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Dry Amchur (Mango) powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Curry leaves - 1 stick
Grated coconut - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - to boil peas


METHOD

  • Soak dry green peas for overnight and pressure cook with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 cup water for 2 whistles.

  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan add mustard seeds, urad dal and dry red chilies wait it for splutter.




















  • Now add chopped onion, hing and curry leaves fry till golden brown and add dry amchur powder and salt fry for few minutes.








  • Now add boiled green peas mix well and add grated coconut mix it and fry for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.





















  • Serve it hot with Tea/Coffee.
