I prepared the egg-free, butter-free pancake with fresh orange juice and it was very delicious and we loved it much...

INGREDIENTS
APF/Maida - 1/2 Cup
Whole wheat flour - 1/2 Cup
Rice flour - 2 Tbsp
Light brown sugar - 1/4 Cup
Baking powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - To taste
Orange Juice - 1/2 Cup
Orange Rind - 2 Tsp
Milk - To make batter consistency
METHOD
Whole wheat flour - 1/2 Cup
Rice flour - 2 Tbsp
Light brown sugar - 1/4 Cup
Baking powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - To taste
Orange Juice - 1/2 Cup
Orange Rind - 2 Tsp
Milk - To make batter consistency
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients one by one beat it well with wire whisk or electric beater into smooth batter consistency.
- Heat dosa tawa on medium-high flame, pour one laddle full of batter and reduce the flame to medium flame.
- You can see porous texture on the surface and drizzle some oil and then flip the pancake to other side.
- After cook, take it out and repeat the process till the batter finish.
- Serve it hot with strawberry syrup or honey...
