Ragi/fingermillet is very healthy and
filling from 6 months+ babies to adults. It has so many nutritional values and
can make many varieties of recipes. Ragi is one of my favourite millet, and
used to make roti, upma, kozhukattai and puttu. Ragi malt porridge is very
popular and healthy for infants and adults too…
The sweet ragi dosa is easy to make with
jaggery syrup. My aunty used to make this for me when in my childhood. But
after that period, I didn’t taste for long time, so I wanted to try out and here
is the recipe of healthy ragi pancake…
