Nice recipes Viji. One tip I like to share with you and your readers to make soft dough for chappatis. Keep 1/2 cup lukewarm water for 1 cup atta/flour. In a wide shallow bowl, reserve two tsp water and pour the remaining lukewarm water. Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp of oil. Stir to mix. Next sprinkle the dough over the water and using the end of a long spoon, stir and mix to form a lump. When it all comes together, use your palms and mix to a soft dough. Cover and rest for 15 min then knead to a nice soft dough. Then follow normal procedure for making chappati.
