Hi friends, Today very simple and easy recipe that is Idli that too baked one...Yeah! I have seen this method in one of my blogger friend but I forgot the Name of the blog, coz of long back....
I tried once this method for dinner, in 3 Minutes Idli is ready to eat... Wow! interesting na...
My dad too surprised and he enjoyed the idli... After that we making idlies only in the MW Oven... Even me n mom forgot the Idli pan ha ha ha... Taste is also very similar its too soft and yummy but only one problem that we make it and have to finish it off when its hot... If we keep for some time to cool it will be tough texture...
