Idli or dosa, many of us do not need
any chutneys or sambhar… Just idli milagai podi is enough to fill our tummy
right? When I were in hostel, my mom used to pack the podi for me and my friends.
The podi mixed with sesame oil or coconut oil suits well for soft and fluffy
idli or crispy dosa…
I already shared one version of idli milagai podi. Garlic flavor will give you unique taste.
