Hi friends, today I came with spicy garlic chutney... This will go with idli, dosa n chapathi... We can feel the garlic taste well combined with sesame oil with spiciness of chillies.
INGREDIENTS
To Grind
Garlic - 20-25 Pods
Dry chillies - 5
Salt - To taste
Water - To required
To Temper
Sesame oil - 1 Tbsp + 2 Tsp
Urad dal - 1 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
Dry or Fresh curry leaves - few
Hing - 1/4 Tsp

METHOD
- Grind smoothly raw garlic, red chillies and salt with little salt and transfer into the bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan add the tempering ingredients wait for splutter.
- Then pour this into the chutney and stir it.
