We friends are planned for virtual party
for her birthday… Yes! Today Sangeetha Priya aks Birthday… So we have chosen
party theme. Among our friends, we choose any one category and did the recipe from
her blog to surprise her. I choose Drinks – Mango Milk Shake.
Sangee akka is a very calm, down to
earth and affectionate person, and am really very happy that we know each other
well and we used to chat often in FB and when she visited to India last time we
talked over the phone, she is very awesome person and nice to talk with her. I
love her space much and especially she used to post some unique delicious and
easy recipes.

INGREDIENTS
Mango Pieces – ½ Cup
Sugar – 1 Tbsp
Cardamom seeds – 2 or Cardamom Powder – ¼
Tsp
Chilled Milk – ½ Cup
Ice cubes – 4 (Optional)
METHOD
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend into smooth.
- Keep the serving glass in the freezer for 5 minutes before pour the shake on it.
- Transfer into the serving glass and serve it…
NOTE
- You can add vanilla ice cream or whipped cream to get rich delicious shake.
- Full fat milk will enhance the creaminess of the shake.
