Am pure vegetarian (me alone), so every Sunday my mom preparing both veg and non-veg from my
childhood. But nowadays I preparing for myself... when I think about one Sunday
i had an idea of peas pulao... so I cooked this...
NEEDS OF INGREDIENTS
Basmati rice
(cooked) - 1 cup
Ghee or
oil - 2 tsp
Fennel seeds
- 1 tsp
Cloves -
1
Cardamoms -
1
Cinnamon -
1 small piece
Onion
(sliced) - 1
Ginger
garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilli sauce
- 1 tsp
Soy sauce -
1 tsp
Green
peas - 1 cup (boiled)
Coriander
leaves (chopped) - garnish
Salt
to taste
METHOD
Peas pulao |
- Take a pan with ghee or
oil and heat it.
- Add fennel seeds till it
splutter.
- Then add onion stir till
brownish color comes and add ginger-garlic paste and stir.
- Add peas, chilli sauce and soy
sauce.
- Cook on medium flame for 5
mins.
- Now add cooked rice and heat
and garnish with coriander leaves. Served hot.
- Take a pan with ghee or
oil and heat it.
