Fried
rice is very tempting and very easy to prepare. In our home all are like fried
rice. I know all of you to cook fried rice but am posting of my version.

Basmathi rice - 2 cups
onion
- 1 cup
garlic
paste - 2 tsp
carrot
diced - 1/2 cup
beans
diced - 1/2 cup
cabbage
chopped - 1/2 cup
soy
sauce - 1 tsp
chilli
sauce - 1 tsp
pepper
- as per taste
salt
- as per taste
oil
Method
- Cook 2 cups of rice with 3-4
cup of water.
- Cut all the veg.into small
pieces.
- add 1 tsp of oil in pan and add
garlic paste and onion fry it until comes good aroma.
- Now add all vegetables fry it
for some time don't be over cooked, its have to be crunchy.
- Add chilly sauce, soy sauce,
pepper and salt on top and cook for 5 mins.
- mix rice in this mixture and
add pepper and salt to taste.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
and serve hot with chilli gobi. Its yummy.
