Hi friends, hope you enjoyed your weekends... I know it's late to asking this question... Right? Yeah! Actually I had plan to post this recipe yesterday itself.... OOOOPS!!! Power cut plays well in Tamil Nadu .. Its very horrible to tolerate... In 24 hours only 10 hours only power supply on my space that too cut every one hour... So I couldn't follow the schedule...Ok!!! coming to the recipe... Today I post Rose Milk Noodles... Yeah! Sounds interesting na!!! Actually I bought for Rose syrup for making rose milk be'coz I love it all the time...
Two weeks before I told u about my home was full of kids na... So we prepared Spicy Masala Noodles and kept remaining boiled noodles in the refrigerator to do in evening... Then this recipe strikes out me n no long to wait to do it... Everything is ready and prepared n tasted by me first!!! B'coz its first attempt... Wow!! It taste was so fabulous I love it very much then I served to the kids... All are tasted very well and had the full bowl asked Once More???

INGREDIENTS
Boiled Noodles - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2-3 Tsp
Rose Milk Syrup - 1/4 Tsp
METHOD
- Refrigerate the boiled milk and noodles for 30 minutes.
- Take a bowl add noodles (cut into small pieces), sugar.
- Add Rose milk syrup to the milk stir well and pour into the noodles.
- Mix well till the sugar dissolves.
- Serve it cold...
SO SO TEMPTING HAVE IT!!! |
NOTE
- You can add your favorite nuts to it.
- You can prepare this at warm and after that too refrigerate.
- You can serve with one scoop of ice cream on top of it.
