Hi friends, sorry for long gap for not posting on my space, i was little busy with my cousin wedding n enjoyed lot .. Now I start to back our normal blogging... Today I came with simple but the most necessary one in our daily life to boost energy to us...
Even am not a Tea lover am a Coffee lover, but my dad loves tea very much, I made this for him and my brother(Thambi).

INTRODUCTION
The cultivation and brewing of tea in India has a long history of applications in traditional systems of medicine and for consumption. However, commercial production of tea in India did not begin until the arrival of the British East India Company, at which point large tracts of land were converted for mass tea production.

Today, India is one of the largest tea producers in the world, though over 70% of the tea is consumed within India itself.

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 250 Ml
Water - 200 Ml or according to milk thickness
Tea Dust - 3 Tsp
Sugar - 4 Tsp or according to your taste



METHOD

  • Take a big vessel pour milk and water together and boiled well for 15 minutes or till raw smell goes.










  • Now add tea dust and allow it to boil for 1-2 minutes to extract the flavor.







  • Now filter the tea using siever and add sugar to it and mix well.
