Fresh fruit juice always will boost

and colourful fruit, which has many health benefits from rich antioxidants,
vitamin C, vitamin B5, potassium and its effective in reducing LDL (bad
cholesterol) and increase HDL (good cholesterol). It is good source of soluble and
insoluble dietary fibers. It helps to for weight reduction due to the low
calories. Its boosts immunity improves circulation and protect from cancers.
I always wonder to see the color and
structure of the fruit, what a beautiful creation of god J every pearl are safely packed by
nature and you know, the flower only becomes fruits. I prepared the juice with
lemon flavour will give unique taste.

INGREDIENTS
Pomegranate – 1 big
Sugar syrup – 2 Tsp (Optional)
Water – 2 Cup
Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp
METHOD
- Wash and cut and take out the pomegranate pearls.
- Blend the fruits with half cup of water or crushed ice into puree.
- Filter the juice using siever, press the pulp with spoon to extract more juice.
- Add sugar syrup, lemon juice and water stirs it well.
- Serve it chilled…
NOTE
- You can avoid the filtration process to get the fibre of pulp.
- If you do not have sugar syrup add sugar.
