I prepared the yummy dessert for Shhhh secretly cooking challenge that is the brainchild of +Priya Aks from Priya’s versatilerecipes. Every month she will pair two food bloggers. The pair should exchange two secret ingredients between them, and it's not only exchanges the ingredients, it's one of the ways to get a lovely friend on every month… (So I am pleased to chat with my new friends on every month. INGREDIENTS
Semolina/ Rava –  ¼ Cup  
Ragi/Finger millet flour – ¼ Cup
Water – ¾ Cup
Salt – A pinch
Boiled Milk – ¼ Cup (I used 2% Milk)
Dark chocolate, chopped  – ¼ Cup
Chopped nuts – 1 Tbsp (Optional)

METHOD
  • Boil water with a pinch of salt and add the Rava to the boiling water.
  • Then add milk to the mixture, while adding milk stir the rava on low flame.
  • Add the ragi flower to it and do not stop stirring, else lumps will form.

  • Keep stirring for 2 minutes and it will get thicken and switch off the flame.
  • Now add chopped dark chocolates mix it well with laddle and it starts melting, check the sweetness, if you need more add little more chocolates and stir it well.

  • Serve hot or cold with chopped nuts garnish or whipped cream.
