INGREDIENTS
Idli batter
– 1 Cup
TomatoChutney – ¼ Cup
CoconutChutney – ¼ Cup
MintChutney – ¼ Cup
Oil – To
grease or you can use cloth for the idli platter
METHOD
- Take the enough batter in 3 bowls then add appropriate chutneys and mix it well.
- Now grease the idli plate and pour the base color red or green followed by white and red or green in the middle as shown in the picture.
- Steam it for 10-15 minutes or till the idli steamed well.
- Serve it hot with Tri chutneys…
