weekend.. I start the healthy milkshake to kick start the week…
I prepared the milkshake for +Manjula Bharath virtual birthday party. She loves apple so we friends prepared one apple recipe with
our special thali, I did breakfast thali with the yummy milkshake.

INGREDIENTS
Apple – 1
Chilled Milk (Boiled) – ½ Cup
Sugar – 2 Tsp
Mint Leaves – To Garnish
METHOD
- Chop the apples and put in the blender following by add chilled milk with sugar and water blend it to smooth.
- Pour this into serving glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
NOTE
- You can add scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Add dash of cinnamon powder, it suits well with apple.
