Hi dear friends, sorry for not posting anything for past 4-5 days... As my net was disconnected for past few days, just got connection from yesterday night... Actually I want to post some Onam special recipe on that day, but couldn't post it... But today's special post for my one only brother(Younger), yes his celebrating her Birthday today...
I have no idea to make cake or any other dessert for him, but suddenly I thought that would surprise him, I made the simple eggless chocolate cake with frosting... But I couldn't take good photographs, coz its got emptied in few minutes without knowing me...;) Surely will post some good pictures of the photos soon while am trying this next time...

INGREDIENTS
Maida/APF – ¾ Cup
Baking Powder – ½ Tsp
Baking Soda – ¼ Cup
Salt – A pinch
Coco powder – ¼ Tbsp
Sugar – ½ Cup
Melted Butter – ¼ Cup
Vinegar – ½ Tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1 Tsp
Hot Water – 1 Cup or less
Choco Butter Cream Frosting

Soften Butter – 1 Tbsp
Icing Sugar – ½ Cup
Coco powder – 1 Tsp
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp
Warm Water – 1-2 Tsp
METHOD
- Preheat @ 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
- Take a wide mixing bowl, add sugar, melted butter beat it well till creamy.
- Add vinegar and vanilla essence mix it well.
- Sieve the maida, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and coco powder.
- Now add little water to the wet ingredients then add dry ingredients mix it in one directions then add little water and flour vice versa till you get smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and bake it for 30-40 minutes.
- After 30 minutes insert the toothpick to check the cake is baked or not.
- Cool it completely.
Choco Butter Cream
- Take a bowl add butter and sugar beat well into smooth paste.
- Add coco powder, vanilla essence and warm water to mix it well like fluffy smooth cream.
Frosting
- Be care; cool the cake completely before frosting.
- Apply the butter cream to the cake and garnish with your choice.
- Oven temperature may vary oven to oven.
- You can decorate cake with whip cream or can use plain cake with dollop of ice cream or chocolate syrup.
