Today I posting Vegetable Fried rice using Normal rice (Ponni rice variety)... We usually doing with basmathi rice but this time I tried with normal rice which is comes out very well and tasty too fabulous... I prepared for my sithi's kids... N which is my most favorite dish because I start having more vegetables after had this fried rice only...They were enjoyed this rice with Chicken 65...

INGREDIENTS
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Onion - 1 chopped lengthwise
Garlic - 10 pods crushed
Carrot - 2 chopped finely
Green beans - 6 chopped finely
Green Bell Pepper - 1 chopped lengthwise
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper powder - 2 Tsp
Coriander leaves - to garnish

METHOD
- Heat oil in a wide pan add crushed garlic fry for 30 seconds and add chopped onions and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add all vegetable with salt and fry for 5-8 it becomes slight cook don't allow to mushy it will be crunchy.
- Add black pepper powder and mix well fry for 1 minute.
- Now add rice to it and mix well and spread some black pepper powder stir well and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with Chilli Gobi or Grated crispy Potato...
