Today I am going to post simple but delicious recipe... I tried the recipe from Meena Bhatia from Random Ramblings... One day we both chat in the mail , on that day chapathi was leftover at my kitchen. So just like that I asked her to give any suggestion or tips to use those leftover chapathis.. She immediately given the recipe through mail and she called it as Chapathi Upma... But I tried with some alteration and little amount of water was increased so I named it as Chapathi Curry... But I promise that the taste was really fabulous I loved it more...
