Hi friends, nearly 2 months ago, I have received one mail from my contact tab that one kind lady told me about the Hudson Canola Oil and they was willing to give for free sampling to me... How should I avoid it, I immediately replied to her that I too interested... After one week, I got the very good packing box through courier, while I opened the box, the yellow flowers were smiling at me. It was packed in good condition and accompained by a cookbook by Chef Komal Taneja from Punjab, a pamplet with their benefits of Canola oil...
I lost my photos when I took after immediate receiving the oil due to my lappy problem, so again I took photos and did one recipe with the healthy oil...
What is Canola???
The Canola plant belongs to a family of plants called crucifers. All crucifers have four yellow petals in the shape of a cross. The yellow flower produces seed pods. Each seed pod contains 20-30 round seeds which are crushed to extrude Canola oil.
Hudson Canola Oil comes to you directly from state-of-the-art facilities in the Prairie regions of western Canada, where Canola was first discovered. Brought to you by Dalmia Continental, owners of Leonardo Olive Oil, Hudson Canola Oil is another pioneering effort to introduce healthy cooking oils into every Indian home.
