Hi friends, I don't know what to write here today, my mind is completely blank so simply I will move on to today's post...
I prepared the recipe as a snack due to leftover chapathi dough on my fridge... Boring of having chapathi again, so I tried this and very satisfied with the taste...
INGREDIENTS
Left over Chapathi Dough - For 2 chapathi
Grated Cocount - 1 Tbsp
Peanuts - 1 Tbsp
Garlic pods - 4
Garam Masala powder - 1/4 Tsp
Red chilli Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 Tsp
Idli Podi - 1 Tsp
Hing - 1/8 Tsp
Salt - To taste
Oil - To deep fry

METHOD
- Grind it all ingredients except chapathi dough and oil into coarsely and keep it aside.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll it thinly.
- Now spread the podi masala to the roll and roll it tightly as shown in the picture.
- Cut into 1" size using knife and make shape it correctly.
- Deep fry in oil till it turns golden brown and keep it in tissue paper.
- Serve it hot...

Hi can bake in oven too, but am sure it doesn't absorb more oil...
