prepared simple tangy and delicious chutney with raw mango. Very easy to make
and super yummy with hot idli and dosas…
I
am not fan of raw mango loves only ripe mangoes. This is the first time I tasted
mango chutney and intake good amount of raw mangoes. I knew, most of you asking
me Don’t you eat Raw Mangoes??? Yes, I won’t have raw mangoes as it is or with
chilli powder, I used have raw mangoes in the form of pickles only, I love it a
lot but the chutney is too turns my favourite…

INGREDIENTS
Raw
Mango – 1, Medium
Coconut,
scraped – ¼ Cup
Green
chillies – 4-5
Ginger
– 1 Tsp
Coriander
leaves – Few
Salt
– To Taste
To
Temper
Oil
– 2 Tsp
Mustard
seeds – 1 Tsp
Urad
dal – 1 Tsp
Hing
– ¼ Tsp
METHOD
- Wash and peel the mangoes and chop into small pieces.
- Now put all the ingredients in blender and blend into smooth or coarse paste.
- Transfer into a bowl.
- Heat oil, add mustard and urad dal wait for sputter then add hing switch off the flame.
- Pour the tempering into the chutney.
- Serve it with hot idlies/dosas.
NOTE
You
can add 3-4 shallots while blending the mango.
