Hi, today i came with biriyani....
Yes!!! But not with vegetable its full of beans (butter and soya beans)... Beans
having high protein values... it comes out well with spicy
and flavorful biriyani.... and kids will like this.. which is very
simple and easy to prepare for lunch box too!!! Are you going to try it??????
INGREDIENTS
Rice - 1 cup
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Onion crushed - 1 cup (i used mortar n pestle to crush)
Ginger garlic crushed - 1/2 cup
Green chilies - 4
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Butter and Soya beans - 1 cup
Biriyani masala powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 3 cup
METHOD
- First wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
- Heat a heavy bottom pan, add oil and add fennel seeds till it splutter.
- Then add crushed onion and fry them till golden brown.
- Add crushed ginger garlic and add green chilies fry till raw smell goes.
- Now add coriander and mint leaves mix well.
- Add butter and soya beans stir fry for few minutes.
- Then add salt and biriyani masala powder and fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
- Now add 3 cup of water and let it boil and cover. When it starts boil with high bubbles add rice mix well.
- When it starts bubbling keep the stove on low flame.
- Let it cook well, when the water fully absorbed off the flame and put it on 'DUM' (as shown in pic.)

- Stand for 15 minutes in this stage and mix well.
- Now its ready to have.....
