Hello dear
friends, am very happy to post my 250th post here… But I think its
too late to reach 250th after one year of blogging… Yeah! I feel
now, but am happy to survive here with all your booster supports and encouragement
comments on here… Am very thankful to you all my friends and readers…
So as usual
am posting sweet, baking recipe for the 250th post. Why I want to
try these cookies, did you taste the Sunfeast Dark fantasy Choco Fills, it
tasted really awesome and in our family we loved it a lot.
Especially I and dad love the cookies to the core, so my dad asked me to replicate the Sunfeast Dark Fantasy Choco Fill cookies in home, so without any delay I gave a try to make replica of the yummy chocolate at my own.
Especially I and dad love the cookies to the core, so my dad asked me to replicate the Sunfeast Dark Fantasy Choco Fill cookies in home, so without any delay I gave a try to make replica of the yummy chocolate at my own.
Luckily, I got
the good texture of the cookies with melting choco inside but its not flowing
outside when we bite, because I stuffed little amount of chocolates only L… But am sure, if you have the yummy cookies, you
will satisfy with the taste. I tried the cookies 6 months back, that time I took
photographs using flash. Again I did the cookies two days back who motivated me
to do this cookies, is my lovable friend +Priya R … Thank u dear…
I would like
to share the post for Let’s Brunch on Sundays event, which is initiated by
+Priya Suresh akka from Priya’s Versatile Recipes and +veena krishnakumar akka from Veg Nation. You

- Flat the cookie dough, keep the broken cooking chocolates in the centre and cover it carefully as shown in the picture to make circle cookies.
- Bake it for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve it warm to enjoy the choco fills choco cookies.
NOTE
- You can use one egg for the egg substitute or you can add little amount of milk to replace the egg substitute.
- Use cooking chocolate after broken into small pieces.
- If you are not adding egg substitute that I given, add ½ Tsp of baking powder with maida and coco powder.
- Oven temperature and timing may vary from oven to oven, so keep checking after 12-15 minutes.

Congratulations dear, delicious choc. cookies to celebrate this occasion! Wonderful clicks!
ReplyDeleteHi, I tried this recipe today and the chocolate chunks inside just refused to melt no matter how fine i chopped them. Any idea why this happened?
ReplyDeleteThanks for trying..:) Ohh... did u used cooking chocolate or dark chocolate?? If you used dark chocolates or chocolate chips it won't melt that much... It may cool if the weather is too chilled, warm the cookies for few seconds in oven... else you can stuff milk chocolates for easy melting...
