Hi
friends, here is the simple side dish for your lunch cauliflower stir fry and
its healthy stir fry. I used to make Chilli Gobi/Gobi 65 often, but want to reduce the
deep-fried items in our diet, so I prepared the less-oil healthy stir fries.
It’s crispy and crunchy gobi well suits with arisi paruppu satham, lemon rice,
dal rice etc…
I
am posting the healthy gobi stir fry for VT-Vegan Thursday which is the idea of
+Priya Suresh akka. We group of members, posting vegan recipes
on 1st and last Thursday of every month.
