friends, here is the time to post for Basics of Kitchen. Homemade peanut butter
is very easy to make and it’s used for many bakes and desserts. Homemade is
always better in taste and much healthier, right? You can make it smooth,
chunky or in between. Peanut butter is kids friendly, I made peanut butter
cookies nearly 10 times, but I couldn't get more than single piece L.
So still, now I couldn't shoot in my camera… Will shoot soon, and post here…

INGREDIENTS
Unsalted
roasted Peanuts, skinned – 1 ¼ Cup
Olive
Oil or Peanut oil – 2 Tbsp
METHOD
- Put the peanuts in a blender and pulse it for 2-3 times, it will be like grainy and start to leave the oil. Scrap the sides into it.
- Now add oil and grind it into smooth and store it in air-tight container in refrigeration for 3 weeks. (I didn't stored after 3 weeks)
