Hi dear friends, for
past one week I didn't cook anything for my blog, as am posting these recipes
from my drafts... I wish to post the dark dates cake for long time but I forgot to share. As
many of my friends and regular readers knows that am poor eater as I already
said in my posts. So nowadays my mind insisted to have healthy items, and now
hearing the voice of my mind and obey its order..;) I tasted the dates once or
twice in my lifetime, because I don’t like. Here is I have prepared cake with dates, which is very delicious and no one can say
it contains dates in it.
This is my first try
with dates and bakes...;) Am happy that my experiment was came out very well
and the taste was tremendous. Everyone at my home enjoyed, and I had few pieces
for the photographs... ;) The color of the cake will be very dark brown,
because, I used light brown sugar, dark dates with coco powder, so it will be
in good dark... Am sure you too love the combo of chocolate and dates. Do try
once and let me know your feed backs.
