VEGETABLE VERMICELLI KHICIDI I SEMIYA KHICIDI

Yum
Hi friends, in this week I couldn’t post regularly, as I have lots of work in home because of my mom’s fever. So not getting time to take pictures of the recipes and post here. Surely, from next week onwards I will be back to normal for regular posts. I have very limited recipes in my draft; have to make recipes for blog in coming days.

Coming to the recipe, which is very easy and healthy vegetable semiya khicidi... You can make the khicidi in jiffy. I love semiya upma more than rava/sooji upma. I added carrot and beans to the khicidi to give healthy food and you can made it in 15 minutes.

  2. This is more like vermicelli biriyani or pulao :) Khichdi is a food which is made up of rice and lentils mixed with veggies (optional) and gives a sticky and mushy texture. This Dish looks super look, I make it sometime at home :)
