friends, here is the other “Basics of Kitchen” post. Nowadays, we used to make
store-bought things in home. Mostly interested to do it and it saves our time
while making recipes. These days, I have prepared many homemade powders from
sambhar powder, kuzhambu chilli powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and the
next one in the array is pepper powder.

Whole
black pepper corns – 100 g
METHOD
- Roast the pepper for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
- Cool it completely and grind it into smooth powder.
- Store it in air-tight container.
