CHILLI GOBI/CAULIFLOWER

Hi am back to my home. Hope all are very fine... Today I enjoyed my cooking because I cooked my favorite recipe. Yeah! Actually today I plan to make gobi fried rice, I love it very much... I will post the recipe of gobi rice later, today am posting Chilli gobi.


I used two types of mix one consits of maida, rice flour, corn flour, chilli and salt and another consists of spice items like ginger, garlic, chilli powder, amchur powder and all...

I know all you love chilli gobi and I loved to have with fried rice...




INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower - 1
Flour mix - 3 tsp
Spice mix - 4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Water - to wash cauliflower
Oil - to deep fry




METHOD

  • Clean the cauliflower and cut into  small pieces.
  • Take some water add salt and add turmeric powder mix well and soak cauliflower in the water for 15-20 minutes.







  • Wash again with plain water and drain.
  • Add flour mix and spice mix mix well by hand.








  • Heat oil in heavy bottom pan and add florets and fry it till turn golden brown and take it from pan.



  • Serve it hot with rice or have it as snacks....
