Hi my dear friends, hope you all waiting to enjoy your weekend... Today I posting Thalicha satham (Seasoning Rice).. Which is I learnt from my mess cook When I was in the hostel... I love it very much... Most of the time When we were going late to mess from our lab, all the Kuzhambu and rasam all over... That time my mess cook prepared this and serve to us... Wow! We just loved it...You can try this with left over rice...
You too try this and tell me your results...
INGREDIENTS
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Musturd seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies - 2
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 2 chopped
Garlic - 10 crushed
Green chillies - 2 chopped
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Curry leaves - 1 stick
METHOD

METHOD
- Heat oil in a pan, add urad dal, musturd seeds, dry chillies and add asafoetida.
- Add chopped onion and curry leaves with salt and fry well.
- Now add crushed garlic and chopped green chillies with turmeric powder and fry it well.
- Now add cooked rice with this and mix well. Serve it hot..
