Actual Sunday was come and have to cook vegetarian for me
alone. My parents and my brother will
have non-veg. So, I think what to do for
me alone, my mom was telling many days that please empty the packet of garlic
podi which was I bought in store…. With that podi, I planned to do thalicha
sadham. Then I add onion and some spice
powders to give the taste of spiciness. Yes! Of course I love spicy food and which is
very easy to prepare within 10 minutes. Kids too love this rice and which is
very suitable for lunch box too!!!! Are you thinking to prepare this rice? Go ahead!!!
INGREDIENTS
Rice - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Musturd - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Onion chopped - 1
Garlic chopped - 5
Garlic podi - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry masal powder -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 sticks
Salt - to taste
METHOD
- In a kadai heat oil, add musturd and urad dal and its splutter.
- Add chopped garlic fry for few minutes and add chopped onion and curry leaves fry till change golden brown.
- Now add rice and mix well till everything is combined. And now this rice is ready to serve!!!!!!!!
