Mango and banana are my most favorite fruits... I usually eat as a whole fruit, but this time has thought about salad... Why I can't try salad with these fruits... First time I made this salad, and happily I have these fruits together in my basket... Actually salad idea rose after looked out the fruit basket... Really kids will love and it contains full of nutritious and stomach filling... I really enjoyed my salad... You too try and let me know how is it?????
INGREDIENTS
Mango - 1
Banana - 1
Choc o vanilla cream biscuit -1
Icing sugar - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Peel the skin of the Mango and Banana, make chopped small pieces.
- Crushed the cream biscuit.
- Take a serving bowl, first add some mango pieces, add banana and add some crushed biscuit pieces.
- Again add the biscuit pieces, mango and banana pieces.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of icing sugar and remaining biscuit pieces.
- Serve with a spoon or fork. You really like it...
