Yes! The sweet was in my draft for long time nearly 5 months old… Now only it’s
getting time to release from the draft to post… The sweet recipe is Sandesh
which was I prepared for New Year and moreover my sister was arrived on that
time so especially I prepared for them… I made it in one evening so couldn't take good photographs… Plz bear with it… I will upload the fotos soon when I
prepared it next time…

Sandesh is an Indian dessert created with milk and
sugar. Some recipes of sandesh call for the use of chenna (Indian Cheese) or
paneer instead of milk. Its Bengali dessert…

INGREDIENTS
Home made Cottage Cheese/Paneer – 1 Cup
Sugar – ½ Cup
Rose essence – ½ Tsp (Optional)
Pistachios – 10
METHOD
- Grind the paneer, sugar in a blender into smooth paste.
- Heat pan, add the ground paneer and stir it well. It will turns liquid form while sugar melts then stir on low flame for 7-10 minutes to get thicken the mixture.
- Switch off the flame and transfer to the greased plate.
- Shape the sandesh using the mold and garnish with pistachios.
- Serve it chilled to enjoy the taste.
