Vardhini is one of my blogger friend, I knew her few months through FB chat, she is a lovely and jovial person. She is busy working mom with her two cute kids... I love her recipes alot, that she is having very unique recipes and colorful photographs with attractive props... We friends were planned to give surprise virtual birthday party for her birthday with vegan recipes what she made and posted on her blog...

INGREDIENTS
Channa dal-1/4 Cup
Toor dal- 2 Tbsp
Urad dal - 1 Tbsp
Rice - 2 Tbsp
Red chillies - 2
Green chilly - 1
Channa dal soaked - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1” piece grated
Curry leaves - Few
Coriander leaves - Few
Salt - To taste
Asafoetida - 1/8 Tsp
Oil - To deep frying
METHOD
- Soak the dals and rice for two hours.
- Blend the red chillies, green chillies, garlic, ginger, asafoetida and salt.
- Now add soaked dals and rice and coarsely grind it.
- Transfer into the bowl and add curry leaves, onion and mix it well.
- Heat enough oil in a pan for deep fry.
- Now make small balls and deep fry it.
- Serve it hot...
