refreshing cool beverage for you all…
Little About Lemonade
Lemonade is a lemon-flavored drink. In
different parts of the world, the name has different meanings. In North
America, lemonade is usually made from lemon juice, water and sugar and is
often homemade. In the UK and some other countries, lemonade is commercially
produced, lemon-flavored, carbonated, sweetened soft drink and it’s usually
non-alcoholic.
Benefits of Lemon
- It helps prevent the growth of pathogenic bacteria and the decomposition of tissue.
- It is effective at dissolving uric acid and other poisons in the body.
- It can help reduce symptoms of malaria, rheumatism.
- Help fix oxygen and calcium levels in the liver, which ultimately affects blood oxygen levels.
- One of the most important benefits of drinking lemon water regularly is its effect on the gastrointestinal tract. Lemon water assists in the process of digestion and elimination.

Benefits of Mint leaves
- Soothing the digestive tract and easing the severity of stomach aches.
- Mint is a strong diuretic and therefore, helps in eliminating toxins from the body.
- Mint reduces the growth of bacteria and fungus in the body on regular intake.
- Help in curing asthma and other allergic conditions.
- Crushed mint leaves helps in whitening teeth and combat bad breath.
- It prevents cancers.
- Relieve minor aches and pains such as muscle cramps and sprains.
- Mint is a very good cleanser for the blood.

INGREDIENTS
Lemon – 1
Sugar – 2-3 Tbsp
Normal Water – 100 ml
Fresh mint leaves – A handful
Cold Water - 300 ml
METHOD
- Preparation of Sugar syrup
- Take 3 Tbsp of sugar with 100 ml of normal water boil it till dissolves completely.
- Strain it and then cool it completely.
- Cut the lemon after roll on the floor by your palm to get more juice.
- Squeeze the lemon juice, add sugar syrup and crush the mint leaves and put it finally pour cold water and stir it well.
NOTE
- You can change lemon juice or sugar syrup according to your taste.
- Can add a piece of crushed ginger to get ginger mint lemonade.
