Payasam or Kheer is important for any special
days or occasion. We used to make many varieties of payasam but I used to try different
payasam recipe, as I love desserts much. Today double festive day, one is new
year and other one is Vaikundha Ekadesi… Early morning feeling blessed and
watched Parama Patha Vasal – Perumal Darshan in Live TV channel. I felt blessed
and spiritual start of the year…
Special day needs to be treat with special
foods especially desserts… I had prepared corn dalia kheer as healthy start of
this year. The payasam is easy to prepare and everyone love the creamy payasam.
Add of condensed milk gives so creamy texture and badam drink mix gives unique flavour
to the kheer… Now, lets check out the recipe…
