Flax seeds are very healthy and it's very
needy for vegetarian people. It has Omega 3 fatty acids, which helps to keep
your heart healthy, normalize blood pressure, strengthen the immune system,
enhance joint comfort and flexibility, lose weight and keep it off, ease PMS
and menopause symptoms and support healthy kidney and liver functions.
I used to make the flax seed as an egg
substitute for cakes and prepared podi rice with peanuts. Recently, I have prepared
the idli podi which I got the recipe from +Kalpana sis. Thanks you so much for the wonderful
and healthy recipe. The podi tastes so good with drops of gingelly oil, it goes
well with idli, oothappam and dosa…
