Chow-Chow-Chutney

Hi friends, Chayote squash or chow-chow chutney is new to our menu… Its healthy and easy to make and simple side dish for idli/dosa. We usually used the chow-chow for making sambhar or kootu, but chutney is very rare, even I didn't think to make chutney with the veggie.

Vegetable-Chutney

No need to add coconut to the chutney. It blends with tomato and chana dal and urad dal, give unique taste and we loved it with ragi dosa too…
